Do You Have a Guarantee of Success If I Use Your Services?
I would love to be able  to say yes, but NO - I do not. I can only offer suggestions of action to be taken and guide you along your way. I can not guarantee your follow-through. I can not guarantee you will sign "sellable" Artists. I can not guarantee you or your Artist won't go to jail. You see, there are way too many variables to guarantee any kind of success. But, I do guarantee you will see progress, more bookings, and a lot more traffic to your website.

How Much Do Your Services Cost?
This is way too broad of a question to be able to answer here. No, I am not trying to feel you out and see what I can hit you up for. I do have a list of fees, but each client gets detailed information & services that will be taylored to his/her budget. Call me for a quote. A phone call is always free!!!

When I Sign Up For Your Services Do I Have To Come to Atlanta?
You do not have to come to my location. However, If you would like to use my studio for recording, video, or multimedia production - yes. Though - I do have many clients who send their projects to me and there is no traveling involved. Also, if you want me to engineer or mix your sessions and you would rather work in your home town - I do travel.  If you are using one of my many "Services" for marketing, promotion, planning, etc. - no - No travel is involved. We can do everything over the phone and via email.

What Kind of Payment Do You Accept?
I accept Cash, Postal Money Orders, or Paypal (Credit Cards OK) - I prefer Paypal, as it protects both you and I.

Do You Work Exclusively For One Label?
If the money is right, then by all means sure. But, it is not necessary unless you are hiring me to run your label as your CEO. If you want me to do that for you then I will need three things: a Financial Statement showing you have the resources to actually start/run an Independent HipHop Record Label, An Escrow Account with My Full Salary for a Year Deposited, Proof through meeting, get togethers, etc. that you actually have the drive, ambition, and follow through to own a successful Independent HipHop Record Label. (Folks, I do not want to be your CEO. I can teach you how to do it for yourselves.)

What If I Already Have A Team In Place And Just Want Advice?
GREAT!!!! I am a consultant - That's exactly what I do... give advice. I taylor each plan I do from your budget, needs, and wants. We will have several meetings, phone calls, and brain storming days before we even get down to business. I want you to succeed! I only succeed when you do. So, with that in mind, I am always making sure I am in "The Right Fit" for any situation I get into. I can do as little, or as much, as you need for the success of your Independent HipHop Record Label.

Do I Have To Sign A "Length" Contract?
For most of my services and products  - no. However, for marketing or social networking, for instance , you do not see results the first day you embark on "actioning" your marketing plan. So, for these type of services I do require a 90 day contract to ensure you will actually see results. There are a few others, as well. Once you contact me, we will discuss this more at length, and I will be able to tell you rather or not there will be a contract; again, depending on the type of service you are looking for. I am a big  fan of 'everything in writing,' so we each know what is expected from the other - at all times.

I Want To Use The Contracts You Offer On Your Site. Do I Still Need An Attorney?
By all means - yes. All the contracts I offer have been written by a licensed Attorney. However, I myself am not an attorney; and therefore, these contracts are offered on an "As Is" basis. Free legal advise is never an alternative to the advise of a qualified attorney working directly for you and your Independent HipHop Record Label.

How Much Will It Cost To Start My Independent HipHop Record Label?
Less than you think - but more than you have in most cases. lol. It's a pretty messed up answer - I know. But, very true. Until you call me to discuss your needs, where you're at in the process, and what your goals are, there is no way I can give you an honest answer.

Why Are There So Many Snakes? And How Do I Know You Are Not One?
The Independent HipHop Music Industry is full of shady folks trying to take your money. Why? Because it's easy. Too many Artists are uninformed as to the Industry and how it works. Convincing folks know this and know how to pray on your ignorance of the Independent HipHop Recording Industry. Always check references! Not just the ones listed or given. Do research online and get in contact with folks that have worked with your "So Called Consultant." The best way to protect yourself and your career is to always seek legal advice before you sign anything. The second way - always have stated in your contracts what each person is going to do for the other and LIST benchmarks throughout the process to verify you are on track and all is being done to the letter of the contract. And, by all means, have your attorney look over any contract we sign. I pride myself on being an honest businessman in an Industry lacking such. I am a voting member of the Grammy's; I belong to many associations you can check with; and if you feel so compelled, please do all the due diligence you can on me.
