THE BUSINESS LIFE & TIMES OF KEITH KENNEDYA Short Bio Keith Kennedy has over 11 years of music industry experience rising from the position of intern to vice-president of TJ’s DJ’s, Inc. In that span, Keith has grown from providing music to Lil Jon, DJ Smurf (Mr. Collipark), DJ Magic Mike and others to becoming the manager of two Soundscan retail music stores and a lifestyle clothing store. In addition, Keith Kennedy has served as the promotions director for an independent record label, Wildstyle Entertainment. Plus, Keith Kennedy has been responsible for helping orchestrate the TJ’s DJ’s Tastemakers Only DJ/Music Conference drawing over 1,000 DJs, media outlets, retailers, artists, models, and other Tastemakers to Tallahassee 3 times per year. In fact, this has led to his involvement as the marketing director for the Annual TJ’s DJ’s/OZONE Awards Weekend which has drawn over 5,000 Tastemakers yearly including Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Birdman, Lil Boosie, Webbie, and others. Plus the OZONE Awards have been broadcast through the MTV Networks, BET, and allhiphop.com to name a few.
And through his involvement with TJ’s DJ’s, Keith has helped build its homepage of TJsDJs.com to 20 million hits per month while helping to break artists such as T-Pain, B.o.B, Rick Ross, David Banner, Young Joc, and so many others. Plus, through his writing he has been able to craft stories about Tupac, Mike Jones, BloodRaw, and many others to OZONE, The Source, and Vibe magazines for starters.
Additionally, he is the first graduate of the law, business, and finance programs from his alma mater of Wolfson High School in Jacksonville, FL. Plus, he is also the recipient of a BS degree from Florida State University with an emphasis in communication, psychology, and business.
Currently, Keith Kennedy is the host and producer of the weekly sports/entertainment talk show, “The 2 Minute Warning” while traversing the world for great talent, experiences, speaking engagements, and placing great stories into book form.
